Residential Services

The Services:

Low level of care refers to our 15 place Hostel. Residents are reasonably independent and are able to cope with most of the requirements of daily living.

High level of care refers to our Nursing Home. Residents are more dependant on nursing care and require assistance with daily living tasks.

Access:

Admission to the service is arranged by a team of health professionals in consultation with the family of the intending resident.

Fees:

Fees are adjusted from time to time based on movements in the Commonwealth Government pension amounts. Hostel residents may be required to lodge an Accommodation Bond based on their level of assets.
