The Service:

Occupational Therapy/Continuing Care Coordinator:

The occupational therapist assists the individual to live in their home by assisting the client to: improve physical function; learn organisational skills, develop energy saving techniques to be applied to the work situation; assess home alterations needed to improve safety; develop work related strategies so that the person may continue to function at the appropriate and safe level; and the use of technology to improve communication. The occupational therapist is also responsible for the coordination of care for clients with a range of service needs.

Fees:

A minimal fee of $6.50 currently applies to Occupational Therapy Visits
