Resistance training for increased muscle and reduced bone density. Eight simple exercises done in a group situation. Start with very light weights and make steady progression over time. Pre-exercise questionnaire to be completed by GP.

Stepping Stones
An 8-week communications program designed to improve self esteem, assertiveness, stress management, financial management, and other areas of interest to participants .Conducted through the Neighbourhood House. Run at regular intervals.

Gymnasium
Small gymnasium, located at 24 Jardine Street, Corryong is equipped with stationary bikes, walking machine, free and fixed weights.
Induction sessions conducted regularly to design programs for intending members.
Key may be purchased to enable 24 hour access, or borrowed from front office in working hours.
